Right on the border of Szczawno-Zdrój and Wałbrzych, on ul. Szczawieńska, there's a retail park with Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and Biedronka (with a Lidl coming soon). A few minutes further, in Wałbrzych — mainly around Galeria Victoria and ul. Wrocławska — you'll find Auchan, Castorama, OBI, Media Expert, JYSK, Kaufland, plus Rossmann, Sinsay, Empik, Action, Pepco and Kik.

Hours / prices: Standard chain-store hours, usually 8:00/9:00–20:00/21:00, shorter on trading Sundays. Nearest cluster: the retail park on ul. Szczawieńska and Galeria Victoria in Wałbrzych (ul. Wieniawskiego 19).
